Question 1

Are BootsCare products 100% authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product is bought from top UK retailers and sourced personally by our UK co-founder, with no middlemen. We do not buy from unverified sellers. If a product you receive turns out not to be authentic, contact us and we will put it right: we prioritise a refund or replacement and cover the return shipping.

Question 2

Where do your products come from?

Accepted Answer

Our products are sourced in the United Kingdom and legally shipped into Bangladesh under the BootsCare business. We choose products by researching what is genuinely the best and what performs best.

Question 3

Why are your prices lower than other imported beauty products?

Accepted Answer

Because there are no middlemen. Our UK co-founder buys each product directly from top retailers and ships it to Bangladesh himself, so you are not paying for extra layers of resellers.

Question 4

How do I know which product is right for my skin or hair?

Accepted Answer

Each product page lists its benefits, ingredients and directions for use. If you need help choosing, message us through the Contact page and our team will be happy to guide you. For skin conditions or allergies, please check with a doctor or dermatologist first.

Question 5

Can I check the expiry date or ingredients before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Ingredients and directions are shown on the product page. If you want to confirm anything specific before you order, such as expiry details, contact us at support@bootscare.com and we will check for you.

Question 6

How do I place an order on BootsCare?

Accepted Answer

Add your products to the cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. We will email you a confirmation straight away, and you will receive another email as your order status changes.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by bKash. For bKash, send the order total to the BootsCare bKash number shown at checkout and enter your bKash transaction ID, which is in your confirmation SMS. We verify the payment before your order moves forward.

Question 8

Do you have promo codes or discounts?

Accepted Answer

From time to time we offer promo codes and bundle deals. Enter your code in the cart or at checkout and the discount is applied automatically if it is valid. Only one promo code can be used per order, and some codes have a minimum order amount or an expiry date. Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about offers first.

Question 9

Will I get a confirmation after I order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@bootscare.com.

Question 10

Is there a minimum age to order?

Accepted Answer

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on BootsCare.

Question 11

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

An account lets you view your orders and manage your details in one place. You can create one from the account page using your email.

Question 12

How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. We deliver to every district in Bangladesh.

Question 13

How much is the delivery charge?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is a flat ৳70 inside Dhaka and a flat ৳120 outside Dhaka. Some promo codes include free delivery. The delivery charge is shown before you confirm your order.

Question 14

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver across Bangladesh, to every district, for a flat ৳120 delivery charge outside Dhaka.

Question 15

Who delivers my order?

Accepted Answer

We use third-party delivery partners to bring your order to your door. Please keep your phone available on the delivery day so the courier can reach you.

Question 16

Can I inspect my parcel when it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the parcel is unopened and undamaged, you can refuse it at the door; in that case the delivery charge is payable. Please check the parcel before accepting it, because once opened, a product that matches your order cannot be returned.

Question 17

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If you receive a wrong, missing, defective or damaged item, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Opened or used products that match your order cannot be returned. Read the full policy on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page.

Question 18

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If the product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new one if you wish. For wrong, defective or non-authentic items, BootsCare pays the return shipping.

Question 19

Who pays for return shipping?

Accepted Answer

BootsCare pays return shipping when the item is wrong, defective or not authentic. In other cases the customer pays, because delivery charges go to our third-party delivery partners.

Question 20

Accepted Answer

Refunds are made within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the returned item. They go back to your original payment method, or to your bKash number if you paid by Cash on Delivery.

Question 21

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge, as long as the courier has not yet picked up your order. Contact us as soon as possible. Once the courier has collected it, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse it at the door if it is unopened and undamaged.
