Where we deliver

BootsCare delivers to every district in Bangladesh. Your delivery charge depends on where your order is going, and it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery charges

We charge a flat delivery fee based on your delivery area:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳ 70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳ 120
  • Free delivery is applied automatically when you use a free-shipping promo code.

How long delivery takes

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to remote areas can occasionally take a little longer, and we will let you know if that happens.

From order to doorstep

Here is what happens after you place an order:

  • You place your order and choose Cash on Delivery or bKash.
  • We check your order (and your bKash payment, if you paid with bKash) and confirm it.
  • We prepare your products and hand them to our delivery partner.
  • The delivery partner contacts you on the phone number you gave us and delivers to your address.

Order updates

If you gave us an email address, we email you when your order is confirmed, dispatched and delivered. You can also see your orders any time in your BootsCare account if you shop with one.

Getting your delivery right

Please give us a full, correct address and a phone number you can answer. Our delivery partner will call before delivery, and an unanswered phone or wrong address can delay or cancel the delivery. Please open the outer parcel only after you have received it, and check that it has not been damaged in transit. If it looks damaged or opened, tell the delivery person straight away and contact us.

Paying for your order

You can pay by Cash on Delivery, or by bKash before delivery. Cash on Delivery is paid in cash to the delivery person when you receive the order. Read our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy to see what happens if something goes wrong or you change your mind.
